Meet The Team

Founder & CEO
Justin Todd
Justin is from Carmel, Indiana and moved to Nashville in 2017 to pursue his dream of opening up a sports performance gym. Having trained professionally for over 10 years, Justin has worked with a variety of clientele ranging from NFL All-Pro and Super Bowl champions, NHL All-Stars, musicians, moms and dads, all the way to youth athletes. “I don’t care who you are. I only care why you come.”

He is also a husband and father of three. When he is not in the gym, Justin enjoys trail runs, hikes, all things sports and once ate a pint of ice cream every single night for three years straight.

"I've always wanted to have my own gym. While it's not the end all be all, the gym is a great metaphor for life. You get what you put in. Sometimes its hard, sometimes its easy, sometimes you don't want to be there. But if you keep on going and don't quit, you'll find success. The gym has also been a rock for me in times of adversity. Being sober for six years now, I wanted to create a space that brings together a community."
